Legs were tired after a long cycle indoor then off to run 30mins that I felt my legs dragged me down. I sat down after brick session and legs were killing me. So I rubbed some pr lotion on my legs especially knees area. Feel so great after 20mins 👍.
I was skeptical at first but after using it several times I'm convinced that not only does it help my legs during a strenuous bike ride but even after that just walking and everyday chores for the next 12 to 24 hours.
Actually seems to make a big difference. Had two others try it and they thought the same. Much less soreness during and after running and bike.
I can't speak to the science behind Amp, but every bike and run seems much more effect than those times I forget to apply. On my 4th bottle. Definitely a believer. Don't trust me - find out for yourself
PR lotion works great for intervals to push your limit. Easy to over operate with this stuff as it really helps reduce the fatigue.

I've used AMP for several seasons with excellent results. The next generation formula is an improvement in a number of ways. First the container is more durable than the earlier tubes which had some issues with breaking during shipping. The most significant improvement is in the lotion which is now easier to apply and there is no shaking required to mix the buffering (Sodium Bicarb) and transfer mediums. I had no objection to the scent of the original but I am told the next generation is more pleasant as well. The most important reason to use AMP is for the lactate buffering and it continues to excel at this.
