Recent Dirty Kanza 200 finisher Neil Shirley shares his tip on what it takes to get through a 200+ mile day. 

“Even though I always use PR Lotion before every workout there are a handful of events I do each year that require a slightly different strategy due to the length or sheer difficulty. The Dirty Kanza was one of those days where I applied my typical pre-race application and then another midway through the day at the 100-mile checkpoint. That got me through to the finish line with a personal best for the event and still able to walk the next day.”
